Alma for Families
Alma is a secure, easy-to-use online system that brings important school information and tools together in one place. In addition to educator tools, Alma offers a parent dashboard to help parents stay informed and on track with their students’ learning.
Alma provides access to:
- School Calendar
- Staff Directory
- Class Rosters
- Attendance History
- Assignments
- Grades
If you have more than one child enrolled at our school, you will be able to access each student’s information with a single login!
All parents have an Alma account. You should have received an email from Alma with instructions on how to activate your account. If you did not receive an email or need assistance activating your account, please contact the school office.

AlmaNow
AlmaNow is not a traditional app that can be found in the app store or Google Play. It is a progressive web app (PWA). Once you have activated your Alma account, you can install AlmaNow on your Android or iPhone and access your student's information. You will use the same username and password for AlmaNow that you use for Alma.
How to Install AlmaNow on your phone:
Android Phone (Use Chrome)
Log into your Alma account. At the bottom of the screen you should see a pop-up for "Add AlmaNow to Home screen." Press to add and then confirm. If you do not see the "add AlmaNow to Home Screen," you can tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of your mobile browser and select "add to home screen."
Apple iOS (Use Safari)
Log into your Alma account. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the "share" icon, select "add to home screen," then tap "add."
