The Greater Dayton School’s goal is to create a revolutionary educational model that shows what underserved children can achieve when given access to the correct resources. To accomplish this, we need compassionate educators that are invested in the long-term success of the students they teach as well as the school itself. Our teachers must understand and articulate the mission of The Greater Dayton School and must be whole-heartedly devoted to the ultimate goal of pulling families out of generational poverty and making a lasting change on their students, their families, and the Dayton community.
